Croatian oil pipeline operator JANAF has asked the US to allow it to fulfill its contract with the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), a company majority-owned by Gazprom that has been under sanctions since January 10, Bloomberg has reported.
"We have officially asked the US authorities to allow us to transport oil to NIS until the end of 2026," said the member of the JANAF Board of Directors, Vladislav Veselica.
